Education, Framing, & Messaging Our Future

This month, our LD2 Community Meeting will focus on education and the power of messaging. At a time when Arizona’s schools are under attack, we’re bringing together experts and candidates who can help us shape the narrative and fight for our kids’ future.

LD2 Chair Craig Beckman will lead a discussion on how Democrats can frame our values and priorities in ways that resonate with voters, especially as we look ahead to 2026. Messaging matters, and this is our chance to sharpen it together.

Dr. Curtis Finch – Superintendent, Deer Valley Unified School District

Dr. Finch will provide an update on the DVUSD Override Initiative, explaining what’s at stake for our classrooms, our students, and our community.

Dr. Michael Butts – Candidate for Arizona State Superintendent of Public Instruction
